About the Role

We are seeking an entry level Operations Associate who is highly motivated and can rapidly solve problems that arise. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of daily business tasks such as reviewing client transcripts, financial planning, marketing, and following up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are met. The multi-disciplinary nature of this role means you will gain valuable business experience and insight into how an early stage startup operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success Support

    • Help manage customer onboarding processes and ensure timely follow-ups

    • Respond to customer inquiries or issues, escalating to relevant teams as needed

    • Track customer feedback and contribute to process improvements based on insights

  • Marketing Support

    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events

    • Maintain CRM and marketing databases with accurate customer and lead information

    • Help prepare reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics

  • Sales Administration

    • Support sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, and preparing proposal materials

    • Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients

    • Assist with creation and upkeep of sales collateral and documentation

  • Internal Operations Support

    • Streamline and document internal processes to improve efficiency across teams

    • Assist with project management, vendor coordination, and team scheduling

    • Support onboarding of new team members with tools, systems, and documentation

About You

  • 2+ years of experience (excluding internships); early-stage startup experience preferred

  • You take initiative and ownership, proactively seeking ways to contribute beyond your defined role. You embrace challenges without hesitation, stepping up to solve problems and drive meaningful results

  • You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to others. You welcome feedback as an opportunity to grow and continuously improve

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel / Google Sheets – ability to automate tasks using macros or Python scripts a plus

  • Familiar with using an AI / LLM such as ChatGPT

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bonus points for previous work experience at a startup or understands pharmacy workflows
